MISSION

“Motivation requires something from the outside to activate you. Inspiration is an internal energy that keeps you continually fueled.” - Adrienne Duffy

powerful experiences that inspire.

Our history is rooted in providing at-track experiences to children and families living with neurofibromatosis (NF). Since 2008, our founder Jill Beck has provided extraordinary in-person motorsport experiences that have made profound difference in the lives of thousands of families living with life-changing illnesses throughout North America.

Launched in 2016, The Race Day Foundation not only continues to provide bespoke at-track experiences but has expanded the reach of our empowering Race Day events to a broader audience, embracing the K-12 educational setting. Our STEM presentations offer students the chance to learn about race car engineering, design and motorsport career paths in a classroom setting followed by a unique, hands-on experience with a state-of-the-art McLaren race car.

Our Mission

The Race Day Foundation is a 501(c)(3) for-good foundation with an unwavering commitment to offer powerful experiential activities that spark motivation and kindle inspiration. Whether a girl interested in pursuing a path in the male-dominated field of motorsport or a young person looking for viable career paths in the automotive industry, Race Day experiences are uniquely empowering.

Race Day events are made possible through the generosity of our philanthropic investors, corporate and government grants, and are always offered free of charge.

Our Board

The Race Day Foundation Board of Directors is made up of a group of passionate and determined individuals from diverse backgrounds -- motorsports, automotive, medical, corporate, philanthropic, broadcast, design, marketing, and finance -- who choose to make a difference in the lives of young people.
